Love is a muscle word!

Love is an verb not a noun. Love is all about action, and it is the beginning of everything and the 'end' of everything.

So a new year is about to embark, then how can we make this year new?

We 'be' the new!!

We become the new by rolling up our sleeves as we roll our year of defined and refined awesomeness.

We become the new by being an action word in all we do.

Let's better love ourselves in every moment with every thought, and every action. We got things we want to do? Then let's do them, as what better way to self love, to do the things that better our lives!!

Let's also better love our others with every thought and every possible opportunity to action. We are very blessed to have wonderful people that in part have been cookie cut to help us feel our best with heart and intellect. Countless times I have seen where people push aside their people whom help them be their able best, an action of hurt, that directly hurts themselves. To action our thankfulness of each significant person, is love, but an action also of how we self love.

Loving ourselves, in action, is how we create that feeling of awesomeness in our lives. Making better choices for ourselves is also how we self love, and also how we generate that awesomeness feeling daily in our lives. Loving our others with our best awesomeness self, is also how we love ourselves. If we can improve, our 'new', how we love as a verb, we directly impact our bottom line - which love out is love back in - awesomeness going viral from us, to our others and pumping back again! There will be no more ground hog day in this new year; there will be however days of cause and reaction awesomeness!

It's a new year! It is the year of the verb! Let's be the action word, a new action word; an action word that is a walking talking feeling adjective of awesomeness that begins with love.

I tip my metaphoric hat to you to celebrate life! Let's salute a year of champagne and red velvet living!

Always simply Renee
