A pure awesome boy whom has made up his mind and by doing so is blowing mine!!!!

I COMPLETELY got the shivers ALL over my body when I instantly plugged into this guy.

Plugging into 'essential Jackson' allowed me to plug into 'essential Renee'. I am reminded of the things I LOVE to purposeful do AND I am reminded of how I might be able to do them better by listening more to my body (subconsciousness) language, and to give myself liberty.

Jackson’s goal is to write songs that follow his personal journey through life, with the hope that others can relate to and find meaning in his music. Positively Positive.

What meaning did I find in Jackson's music?

When my mind is the master I am not living my best life.

When my mind is my servant then I am living my best life.

Why is this so important?

I talk much about life purpose here. To obtain our best life, it is is essential to choose goals watered with the right motivation. Knowing our life purpose is the essential glue to achieving no matter the shape and size of our goals.

I have learned first hand that listening to my body cues to know myself on an essential level are my pathways to living my best life. For example, when my social self is leading, I am not near my best; I store pain in my body, I disconnect often by numbing parts of my body to 'protect' myself from the frozen emotion that I am not processing because of the heavy hand of my social self. I get sick more often, injuries more often, headaches, sleep issues, frustrated, short tempered, tired, poor sex drive, and the list goes on and on.

In short when our social self is leading we are 'the walking dead'; HOWEVER when our essential self is leading, we are in the flow, we are purposeful, we have an AMAZING energy that cannot be contained, we thieve, we seek, we have peace, and our eyes are very bright as we are 'doing without doing'..and we are damn good at what we do...

Ultimately to obtain our best lives we must allow our best self, essential self, to navigate.

It indeed is all about 'Making up OUR Minds' and choosing best life ever, by giving more awesomeness to ourselves by letting our essential self purposeful lead, so that we can be more awesomeness to give, guide, extend to our others!
