What will be your word for this year?

What word will you own? You will define it and it will define you daily!

I have a few clients whom have handpicked theirs with excitement. One has claimed their word and that word is enjoy; hence they have declared this is their year of enjoy. Another has the word stripped! She wants to strip off all her layers in mind. body. spirit, and in her year she plans on doing a naked photo shoot to capture her journey.

What will be your word?

Think on it!

Create a shirt with the word on it!

Let it fit through your purpose funnel and do share it!! :-)

  4. Bill Nippard When I think of the value we can add to others by giving them our undivided attention, 100% of our listening ear and our complete, empathetic heart, as opposed to giving partial attention to their needs while we ponder our own preoccupations, I think of a word. When I think of the enjoyment and fulfillment that can be reaped from even the simplest activity if we just pause and live in that moment, with complete focus and appreciation on the deatils and awe before us, I think of the same word. Engage. I want to be more engaged in 2012. Yeah that's it. I am thinking that if I could be more engaged in my assistance to others and in my own leisure and even daily activities, those expereinces will be richer. Thanks for getting me thinking Renée. Engage is my word! :)

  8. Off the assembly line - my word - unbridled [ʌnˈbraɪdəld] 1. with all restraints removed. By removing constraints, and living unbridled, I free my essential self. Unbridled is truth. Unbridled is concrete. Unbridled is joy. Unbridled I am my best. Unbridled of am fully me. Unbridled I living fully. Unbridled nothing holds me; I am giving truthfully, concretely, my best, fully me, joyfully purposefully to others which is my ultimate goal, and the air I most desire to breathe with my full heart and intellect to give to others meaningfully so they too can live an unbridled life.

  9. This new word from a client gave me goosebumps and tears! Smashing is her word for this year as a key to unlock her best version her, and her best year! Here are some of her 'care and share' reasoning...'I thought of smashing the chain, not just breaking it but smashing it to smitherines! Then I thought of current obstacles that get in my way and not going around or over them but smashing through them! Ok I know I sound a little crazy, but I thought of how smashing can mean different things. I believe in Britain "smashing" is slang for fabulous, striking or gorgeous. So I envisioned my inner superhero "SheRock" smashing the chains from the past using my weapon a rock but not just any rock'. 'Smashing the chains from the past and smashing current barriers using 'my Rock' for a smashing body and a smashing future!!!'.

  10. Another fantastic word from an awesome gal whom is going to be a serious world changer, but first she is taking some time to look at her wrinkles, and will will together do some ironing by succeeding meaningful goals for her. In abstract words, her deepest goal she shares, 'I truly want to be in the moment each and every day…be award of my surroundings and be GRATFUL, THANKFUL and FULL OF JOY!!!' Her word?!? COURAGE!! Courage will be required to unlock all of these other awesome words for her, and courage will infuse her veins! She is well on her road of doing, and we are checking her blind spots daily. She will succeed with each goal, and she will exceed with gaining gratefulness, thankfulness and yes the biggest winner - Joy! She is a fantastic woman, and a leader that will guide countless others as she first hand learns and as she self applies, and is also a quality gal with a whole lot of spunk and beauty that I plan to someday team-tag in a bigger scale agenda! All she needs to do is roll up her courage socks and get moving. Why, because once she learns how to do so then she can truly help guide others. All it takes is some good old fashion courage! Bring it we say!! :-)

  11. NEWS NEWS READ ALL ABOUT IT!! A new one off the press, and I am certain it will not only inspire you but will leave a mad silly smile on your face as this girl got some hard core no frills spunk! Her word?! "Extraordinary"! She said she, and i will quote, 'sometimes I get caught in the mundae rountine of life, and just exsist day to day. I wanna put my spiritual life to the test, and be the difference by being light!' Yet there is more!! I love more!!!! Physically- she wants to push herself harder then ever before, and be anything BUT "ordinary"... She also adds, 'I wanna be a daisy duke. Sexy, fun, sweet, but when someone messes with you or your family, you better believe I will put on the gloves and kick some serious ass (while in high heels)'. She is planning on capture her year of extraordinary living by doing a photo-shoot! Perhaps no surprise, but a daisy duke theme, since she declares, 'I'm a country girl. I hate the girlie girls. I eat girlie girls for lunch. I get down and dirty. I eat steak, I do burn-outs in my dodge neon, and I don't care if I break a finger nail! I'm that girl!' :) I am pumped!! For her! For life, after all if she plans on being extraordinary, I am sure to feel the effects in my life...and I suspect you will too!! I will be spending some one on one time with this gal to ensure there is a map of where she is going, destinations timely locked and loaded, as well as the plan and resources to ensure she knows what to do, when to do them and how to do them successfully. So let's get more words shall we to create best year ever!! I want your words!! Think! Get passionate and see you and your life living and breathing your word Then give them up, as we would all love to hear your word and be inspired in our lives with your word!!
