The word fine is my always on my radar as a life design coach, as a friend, a mother, heck just as a human being whom has experienced first hand many 'fine' dents.
Fine is a poison word. Fine has no passion. Fine is a give up word. Fine is in the walking dead.
I have been there and thus I am hyper sensitive to the word. I loathe the power of that word as it is one that stripes away ones hope I having a better life based on tangles of lies that has fogged our viewing and thus fogged our feelings. The truth is fine is not a permanent sentence for anyone of us. Sometime the environment changes and then the feelings change on it's own. Most times though it requires mindfully making changing. It requires choice. It requires being starving for more out of life and purposefully. All my clients are quite successful in their lives but there are parts of their lives that are fine, and it those parts they have been living ground hog day; however they do not choose to accept fine, but use that word as a tuning fork to go 'ah ha!'..I am not happy in this part of my life and I want to figure out why and at the same time change it by igniting a purposeful fire in their lives that happens by changing that part of weakness in their lives. I love to ask the question to people randomly or at the beginning of a seminar prior to telling them what was the purpose of the question, and then afterwards they go 'how did you know that' or 'how can you see my truth inside'...and the how came by knowing intimately that word in my life, and then knowing intimately the hunger for change...and being the change...and helping others do the same mindfully and skillfully. It is a word that comes and goes for all of us; however after changing it the first time it never quite has the same debilitating power again, and with time we 'embrace' that feeling knowing it is a gateway to learn more about how it was formed and a gateway to make some amazing changes in our lives where we become alive by the doing!!

If this is not you, then do remember the word. We have all felt it at different points in our lives. Let's remember whom plugged into us to help us move from fine to on fire. Let's never fail to remember how they did it. Let's always remember how they choose our language, how they seen us on the deepest levels and from there they helped guide us to change on the deepest levels. Remember moving from fine to on fire is a process of doing; it is a process of real meaningful change on a very personal level.
